Nose: Intense Red cherry, Strawberry, Raspberry, Mineral, Violet
Palate: Velvet Medium Tannin, Rich Mineral, Medium+ Acidity, Medium Body, Great Sweet Finish (>60 seconds)
Conclusion: Very Good, Ready to drink but can age more
After 2.5hrs, more spice and tannin out
結論 1er Cru 係好飲好多, complexity, 香氣都會多
