有趣有質素既 Bourgogne Chardonnay

Bourgogne Chardonnay 2016 athenais de beru ($220)

Appearance: Medium Lemon
Nose: Medium(+) intensity, lemon peel, mineral, corn, hint of cream, butter, honeysuckle, youthful
Palate: Dry, Medium(+) intensity, lemon peel, mineral, medium alcohol, medium body, mineral, medium(+) length
Conclusion: Good and can age, mineral 穿透力強，好有layer，mid palate 個酸度會高左，好似chablis
依支如果做 blind taste, 一定會估 chablis 1er cru, 因為佢有好好既酸度同礦物。但放暖之後，會似 meursault 或者 puligny montrachet, 因為佢有cream, butter

一支價錢二百多d既酒就有咁多變化，真係平靚正 !!!

今次就試左一支 Bordeaux 右岸周邊地區既酒 (Castillon Cotes de Bordeaux)

Conclusion: Good and can age

好香Rose，甜香Dried Strawberry, Dried Apricot, 飲落去好舒服，soft and round tannin, 飲落去個alcoholic burn 係中後段出黎，所以先望個wine label, 原來寫11-14% abv

依支Chambertin 好正，如果靚年真係不得了
