Pinot Blanc Decouverte 2013
Appearance: Bright Pale Lemon Yellow with very light green hue
Nose: Hint of honey, Jasmine, White Flower, Hint of grapefruit, Pear, White Peach
Palate: Light body, Dry, Medium+ Acidity, Lemon zest, finish with lemon/lime
Conclusion: Acceptable



Wine 2
Riesling Racines et Terriors 2014
Appearance: Bright Pale Lemon Yellow
Nose: Hint of honey, Flinty, Petrol, Pineapple, Lemon, Lime, White Flower, Mineral
Palate: Mineral, Medium+ Acidity, Dry, Medium body, Grapefruit finish
Conclusion: Good and can age



Wine 3
Pinot Gris Degustation 2014
Appearance: Bright Pale Lemon Yellow with very light golden hue
Nose: Ginger, Spice, Hint of honey, stone fruit (white peach, apricot)
Palate: Grapefruit finish, Dry to off-dry, Medium+ Acidity, Medium Body
Conclusion: Acceptable

Palate: Off-dry, High Acidity, Medium+ Body, Spice
Conclusion: Aceeptable
