意大利 Castagnole Monferrato Wine Tasting

今次係意大利Castagnole Monferrato 產區其中一莊 Luca Ferraris

飲之前當然要上堂了解下先 , 認識 Ruche (音: R路佳) 依隻紅提

Yeast attached along barrel surface for breath. So no oak flavour added to the wine.

Acidity increase then decrease bitter in the wine.

Stainless Steel Tank Fermentation in Low Temperature can give Banana aroma in White Wine.

Barbera must be fruity.

"Gouda Truffle Cheese" is very good taste



Wine 1 Sensazioni Viognier 2015 (Stir with yeast)
White peach, pineapple, lemon, white flower, pear, hint of ginger, hint of apricot, a bit butter, hint of nutty, hint of mineral, a bit bitter aftertaste.

Wine 2 Bric d'Bianc Ruche 2016
Pale ruby, Steely, Spice, herb, ginger, violet, candy, pepper, medium tannin but smooth, fruity decrease as time flies.

Wine 3 Barbera d'Asti 2015
Medium Ruby, Meaty, Red fruit, acidity, medium+ tannin (no oak). maceration more. Match 鹵水

Wine 4 Barbera d'Asti Superiore 2013
叫得Superiore - At least 14 months oak aged.
Medium Ruby, Red fruit, oak, smoky, cinnamon, butter, spice, pepper, smooth medium tannin, medium+ acidity, can age more.

Wine 5 Ruche Classic 2015
Hint of smoky, candy, bubblegum, spice, pepper, medium+ tannin, cinnamon, herbal 五花茶

Wine 6 Malvasia di Casorzo 2015
Sparkling wine, Flower, Juicy plum, hint of ginger, sweet

Wine 7 Moscato d'Asti 2015
Ginger, honey, white peach, lychee
