第一次試下 Greek Wine (Watson Wine, $4xx)








Kir Yianni Diaporos 2013, Block 5 of Yianakohori Vineyard
Naoussa Region of Greece

87% Xinomavro
13% Syrah

French Oak with batonnage
22 months in 225-lit oak casks and 6 months further ageing in bottles
14.5% abv

Opened at 2pm
初開已聞到好強spice,胡椒味, 之後開始有Vanilla
3小時後, hint of strawberry, red fruit, oak spice peppery 既 aftertaste同mineral 強烈左
6小時後, strawberry 仲香左, still tannic, 真係好有力

Appearance: Medium Ruby with purple hue
Nose: Rich oak spice, White Pepper, Vanilla, hint of herbs, 五花茶, hint of strawberry
Palate: Dry, high tannin, medium+ acidity, Mineral, Full body, finish with peppery spice
Conclusion: Complex aroma, Very Good and can age more

Nose: Cassis, Coffee, Mint, Dark Plum, Chocolate
Palate: Dry, Medium acidity, soft and round Medium+ tannin, long finish with dark plum
Conclusion: Good and can age

今次係 Barossa Wine School 搞既 Level 1

1842年開始出現 Barossa 定居 (由英國同德國人)

1850年代出現 Fortified Wine

Shiraz 同 Grenache 都有百年老樹 !!! 有晒 Charter Record

Nose: 如果係 lime(2015同埋酸d), grapefruit(2016 hot 快 development), lemongrass, floral, mineral rock, citrus,

Conclusion: acceptable

Appearance: Pale Straw Yellow
Nose: Mineral, wet stone, hint of yeasty, white flowers, green apple, hint of sugarcane
Palate: High acidity, Mineral(Savoury), long finish
Conclusion: Very Good

Spain 東南部的 Jumilla

Jumilla 係西班牙東南邊 , 有支酒 Label 係 MMM 大隻佬, 可以試下

今次係依隻 Old Vines Montgo 

Hammeken Montgo Old Vines Monastrell 2015 Jumilla

100% Monastrell = Mourvedre
40 yr old vine
6 months French Oak aging

Jumilla 係西班牙東南邊


15% abv
Appearance: Medium Ruby with red hue
Nose: Outstanding and intense red fruit, cherry, hint of oak spice
Palate: Medium+ tannin, medium+ acidity, round tannin texture, finish with cherry and pepper
Conclusion: Good and can age more

依支$1xx 價錢比到fruity, tannin, 又唔難飲, 算係咁



舊年份 Beaujolais

今次試下Old Vintage Beaujolais

Beaujolats 比人感覺多數係 新酒 (11月個時), 所以好多人覺得 Beaujolais 係唔可以age.

但今次試左 1995 年 Moulin-A-Vent (風車) , 依個老風車仲有力度 !!!

初開Aroma好Close因為雪得耐左

Nose: Outstanding strawberry, cherry, red fruit, hint of cinnamon

Conclusion: Very Good and can age more

有質素,價錢唔貴。好有驚喜。

Nose: oaky, grapefruit, subtle pineapple, lime, lemon
Palate: High acidity, refreshing,
Conclusion: acceptable

14.5% abv, 15% carmenere, 85% Merlot

Appearance: Medium purple
Nose: dark berry, plum, vanilla, chocolate,
Palate: mint, black pepper, medium tannin, medium body, medium acidity
Conclusion: Good

Appearance: intense purple
Nose: vanilla, chocolate, mint, dark plum
Palate: chocolate, hint of pepper aftertaste, medium+ tannin, medium+ acidity, full body, dry
Conclusion: Good

Vina Bisquertt Ecos de Rulo Carmenere 2013, 32km from Pacific Ocean (search Bidvino)

Appearance: deep purple
Nose: herbaceous green, dark berries, oaky, vanilla, chocolate
Palate: Medium acidity, medium tannin, vanilla, chocolate
Conclusion: acceptable

Nose: mint, cassis

Conclusion: Good

經過上次個支coulee de serrant 既精彩體會,今次試佢另一塊田

Opened at 8:15am, double decanting, and rest in decanter, drink at 7:30pm

100% Chenin Blanc
13.5% abv
Appearance: Deep Golden to Amber
Nose: 初時係Sherry 個種oxidative, vinegar既感覺, 經過11小時之後, 出現Hint of Apricot, Honey, Ginger
Palate: Dry, High acidity, Rich mineral, Very long finish, 穿透力強
Conclusion: Very Good and age more

有質素既酒可以經得起時間考驗, 但質素,層次係不及佢頂級既Coulee de Serrant
