Appearance: Straw Yellow, Rich and Fine Bubbles
Nose: Hint of Yeasty, Bready, Biscuit, Toast, Mineral, Hint of honey(放暖狀態)
Palate: Creamy, High Acidity, Mineral(Savoury), Very long finish, hint of grapefruit skin aftertaste(放暖狀態)
Conclusion: Very Good, acidity is very high but comfortable

Romeo & Juliet

14% abv

Grapes: Dried Merlot, Corvina, Croatina

Merlot and Corvina are hand harvested and dried for 1 month in Fruttaio to lose 30% water. Maturation in large barrel for 3 months and MLF afterwards.

Appearance: Medium Ruby with purple hue
Nose: Dark plum, red berries, hint of tomato, hint of herbs
Palate: Medium+ tannin, medium acidity, soft and rounded finish, mineral
Conclusion: Good and can age


曾經依支酒我係想留返同"妳"去飲,
去明白Romeo & Juliet Love Wall 3000 messages a day ,去作為代表我地既酒

只可惜......

算吧,都係自私飲可能會較好

Conclusion: Good

外面酥皮好脆,成個Dish好似Wellington style, 配上蘋果蓉, 清新, 清香, 好味!!!

Nose : outstanding honey, pear, white peach, white flowers, hint of pineapple
Palate : light body, dry, high acidity, citrus lime, hint of pineapple
Conclusion : good and drink young not suitable to age, a simple light wine


Josmeyer Le Dragon Riesling 2013

12% abv

Appearance : medium lemon yellow
Nose : Pineapple, Hint of Petrol, Hint of Mushroom
Palate : Spice, dry, high acidity, light to medium body, long finish
Conclusion : Good and can age (usually Riesling can enhance during age)

豬面肉好香,好腍,好味


有機蜂巢配自家蜂蜜雪糕

個蜂巢慢慢出蜂蜜清香清甜,唔同普通蜂蜜咁死甜

Conclusion: Good and can age

唔好講平野冇好,係好睇你點揀 !

Altos de Rioja Tempranillo 2012

100% Tempranillo
80% French Oak and 20% American Oak
Barrel age for 6 months and Bottle age for 4 months

Appearance: Medium ruby with purple hue

Nose: Red berry, Red cherry, Hint of Dark berry, Hint of Tea-leaves, Hint of herbs, Hint of coffee and chocolate

Palate: Medium Body, Medium+ tannin, Medium+ acidity, Spice peppery finish, Hint of Mineral, Smooth and roundness texture

Conclusion: 依支酒以100蚊黎講, 質素唔錯, CP值算高, 但感覺上個tannin因為落左American Oak, 似乎over左dd, 同埋aging唔多, 唔會太多complex aroma 出現。Drink young not suitable to age, simple fruity red wine. 宜breathe 1 to 2 hrs will be better

Palate: Light body, Dry, Medium+ Acidity, Lemon zest, finish with lemon/lime
Conclusion: Acceptable

兩隻酒同一酒莊,但唔同產區,唔同winemaking (最明顯係 Buttery, Creamy, Vanilla 香味既不同,PM用lees maturation 11個月, 所以有MLF,而支Meursault就冇lees maturation,所以MLF就會好少,從而保留返清新果香)
