今次試左 Cremant ，都有一段時間未飲過，依支同之前$100個 Cremant ，分別唔同。依支冇咁好



Domaine Moissenet Bonnard Cremant de Bourgogne NV opened 2hrs

Appearance: Medium Lemon
Nose: Medium Intensity, Hint of greenapple, Honey, Bread, Biscuit, Almond
Palate: Medium+ Acidity, Medium Intensity, Medium Length with Mineral Savoury and Nutty Almond Finish
Conclusion: Acceptable, not in depth of yeasty, creamy

Vignoble Klur, Cuvee MEOW, Cremant d’Alsace AOC Brut

50% Pinot Blanc and 50% Auxerrois Blanc, with traditional Champagne method

Appearance: Pale Straw Yellow
Nose: Mineral, wet stone, hint of yeasty, white flowers, green apple, hint of sugarcane
Palate: High acidity, Mineral(Savoury), long finish
Conclusion: Very Good

今次玩 d 特別野 - Cremant du Jura ($180)

上次帶朋友去中環酒鋪睇下有咩酒岩佢 , 雖然我唔係好了解佢 , 但起碼大家都有傾有講 , 知道佢 Prefer what type of wine (但佢又知唔知道我 prefer what wine ?)

Appearance: Lemon yellow
Nose: pure fruit aroma, pear, citrus lemon grass, white flower,
Palate: high acidity, mineral, vibrant
Conclusion: acceptable
