當然準備了3種酒 (總共$1060)




Condrieu 2013
Appearance: Intense lemon yellow
Nose: Peach, White flower, Honey, Nutty
Palate: Peach, Mineral, Acidity Medium+, Sweet finish (>5 seconds)
Conclusion: Good


Louis Roederer Champagne Brut Premier NV
Appearance: Pale straw lemon
Nose: Yeasty, Bready, Toasty, Citrus
Palate: Mineral, High Acidity
Conclusion: Good


Amarone della Valpolicella 2012 15% abv and bottle breathe 5hrs
Appearnce: Deep Ruby
Nose: Cinnamon, Red fruit, Dark fruit
Palate: Smooth and roundness tannin, Mineral, Acidity Medium
Conclusion: Very good

France - Southern Rhone CDP

今次飲南隆河 Southern Rhone 既 Chateauneuf-du-Pape (CDP) Domaine Du Pegau Cuvee Laurence 2011

Cuvee Laurence 係 Cuvee da Capo 既平民版 , 一支Capo 係賣3千幾4千幾, 如果係 2000 Capo, 係賣到6千幾

講返支 Cuvee Laurence:

Nearly 5hrs bottle breathe

80% Grenache, 6% Syrah, 4% Mourvedre, 10% others (include all 13 grapes)

100% hand harvest, 3yrs oak aging

Appearance: Deep Garnet
Nose: red fruit, dark fruit, dark plum, dried prune, hint of chocolate
Palate: smooth and roundness tannin, mineral, rich ripeness, great finish (>5 seconds)
Conclusion: very good

Northern Rhone Red Wine - Hermitage

今次去北隆河飲支小教堂

Paul Jaboulet Aine La Chapelle Hermitage 1996
Silky Tannin, Mineral (Savoury), Dark Plum, Dark Berry
After 4hrs, more tannin, liquorice

White Wine - 法國5月

記得之前法國5月節，係灣仔有一個 Wine Gallery Event

入場費平又有杯送又可以試酒，一個字，抵 !!!

試左好多白酒 (有 Chablis Grand Cru, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer) 紅酒都有

因為今次唔係有出名酒莊，但唔緊要有酒試就得

最後我覺得依支白酒好香好飲，價錢平，$120，兩個字，抵飲 !!!
