Appearance: Straw Yellow, Rich and Fine Bubbles
Nose: Hint of Yeasty, Bready, Biscuit, Toast, Mineral, Hint of honey(放暖狀態）
Palate: Creamy, High Acidity, Mineral(Savoury), Very long finish, hint of grapefruit skin aftertaste(放暖狀態)
Conclusion: Very Good, acidity is very high but comfortable
