Palate: Mineral(more Savoury), Finish with roundness creamy lemon, medium acidity, medium body
Maturation on lees 11 months, then batonnage
Complex and subtle flavour

Appearance: Pale and bright lemon yellow
Nose: Lemon, Lime, Pear, Hint of Flinty, Hint of Pineapple, Hint of Coconut, Hint of Creamy
Palate: Mineral, Medium+ Acidity, Light to Medium Body, Finish with lemon zest
Winemaking method: Batonnage (Stir Lees)
Totally Different Wine-making
兩隻酒同一酒莊,但唔同產區,唔同winemaking (最明顯係 Buttery, Creamy, Vanilla 香味既不同,PM用lees maturation 11個月, 所以有MLF,而支Meursault就冇lees maturation,所以MLF就會好少,從而保留返清新果香)
