所以我都去試下

Appetizer : Smoked Salmon Roll with crab mousse and orange caviar

中間個Crab mousse 好滑，外面smoked salmon 唔會太過Smoky ，唔會搶晒d味，好balanced


Soup : Oyster and Leek Soup


Main : Berkshire Pork Black Pudding Puff Roll with Apple Puree Apple Gravy


外面酥皮好脆，成個Dish好似Wellington style, 配上蘋果蓉, 清新, 清香, 好味！！！


Dessert : poached pear with red wine


Pear and Orange Slice
