Appearance: Pale Lemon Yellow
Nose: Greenapple, Hint of honey, Hint of toast, Hint of nutty, Mineral Savoury, Biscuit, After 20min, more biscuit/yeasty
Palate: High acidity, still mineral, finish very few (a few seconds)
Conclusion: Acceptable

100% Pinot Noir
Full body, Red fruit, cream, strawberry, cherry
Match with cheese, nuts, foie gras, mushroom to reduce the acidity but not match Blue Cheese
