52% Chardonnay + 48% Pinot Noir
Jansz Located at northern Tasmania
Traditional method of winemaking
Fine bubbles, pale straw yellow
Pear, apple, high acidity, savoury (mineral), honey, hint of red fruit (still after a while)
Not bad, but i prefer more toasty, bready

Kilikanoon Mort's Block Watervale Riesling 2014 (Wineview $180)
Clare Valley Riesling
Bone dry, pale lemon yellow, smoky, petrol(mineral), flinty, lemon, lime
Acidity is a bit sharp to me

Ashbrook Estate Chardonnay 2013 Margaret River 13.8%
Lemon yellow, oaked, smoky, vanilla, butter MLF, hint of grapefruit, nutty spice from oak, high acidity but less attack than Riesling

De Bortoli Estate Grown Pinot Noit 2014 (Watson $288) 13% abv
Red fruit, cherry, strawberry
Pale ruby to garnet,
Earthy, wet leaf, medium tannin, hint of mineral

Wynns Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Black Label 2014 (Wineview $205)13.5% abv
Deep purple, black currant, hint of mint, veget leaf, black cherry, fined tannin, hint of chocolate

Langmeil Winery Valley Floor Shriaz Barossa 2014 (Victoriawines $225)
Deep purple
Chocolate, peppery, prune, plum, hint of red fruit strawberry
Savoury from french oak
