灣仔區,一個新舊共融既地方去搵野食其實不難,但好多時灣仔區內既街道名就唔係個個都知。
"麥加力歌街" - 如果係街上問人依條街係邊,相信唔係個個都好清楚知道係邊到。
但遍遍係依條街就有幾間有特色既食店,其中一間就係我今次食既 - Haven
入到去個環境裝修都好有外國家庭小館 feel ,今次訂位就安排左上層,一個小閣樓去食野。
Haven 主要係食意法fusion菜,今次個 menu 咁好就 Xmas Lunch 再加 menu 上面一個 special seafood platter,作為海鮮狂熱份子既我,就當然必叫喇 !
Small Seafood Platter - 有法國生蠔(Lambert),龍蝦,蝦,法國翡翠螺,紐西蘭蜆。好食到只有一句形容: Fresh,全部都係Fresh !!! 下次我必會 Encore !!
食完seafood platter,就開始 Xmas Lunch Salad
香煎吞拿魚沙律 (Seared Tuna w/ Cherry Tomato Salad) - Tuna 外表好脆內裡好嫩,Cherry Tomato 好 fresh 唔係酸而係有一種香甜,唔錯 !!!
Soup of the day 就係蕃茄湯 - 依個蕃茄湯完全唔酸,好香甜蕃茄味,我幾buy 依個湯 !
由於今次3個人一齊去食 Xmas Lunch , 咁叫左3個不同既 Main Courses
香煎三文魚柳配蕃茄意大利粉 (Seared Salmon Fillet w/ Tomato Spaghetti) - 三文魚皮煎得好脆,肉又保持嫩滑 Juicy,加上意粉完全係 Al Dente,真係冇得輸 !
低溫煮火雞胸肉配金巴利醬伴松露汁 (Slow Cooked Turkey Breast w/ Cranberry Jam & Truffle Jus) - 好香松露味,火雞胸肉都算唔錯
澳洲西冷牛扖伴燒薯配松露汁 (Grilled Aus Sirloin w/ Roasted New Potato & Truffle Jus) - Sirloin 都算有肉味,但帶有少少根....但overall 都唔差
食到最後當然甜品出場
Chocolate Cake - Very Rich Chocolate Flavour ! I like it
Apple Crumble - 好香好清甜既蘋果,依個下次會 Encore !!!
