Appearance: Medium Lemon Yellow
Nose: Pineapple, Jasmine, Star-fruit, Lemon Citrus, Lemon peel, Sweet coconut
Palate: High acidity, Dry, medium body, Mineral, Very long finish with honey star-fruit, Grapefruit
Conclusion: Very Good and can age
