雜錦刺身 - 大拖羅好拿正, 油分足夠, 入口溶化。其他刺身都唔錯，海膽鮮甜度略為不足



串燒豬腩肉，一般喇，略為乾身


燒雞翼 - 皮脆有肉汁，唔錯


海鮮卷 - 三文魚子放上面令到夾壽司時趺晒，搞到好似不論不類，賣相差左


雜錦手握壽司 - 質素唔錯

Domaine Dublere Savigny Les Beaune 1er Cru Les Talmettes 2009 (Unfiltered) 13% abv

Appearance: Medium Ruby

Nose: Earthy, Wet Stone, Strawberry, Red Cherry, Raspberry

Palate: Medium Acidity, Soft, smooth, roundness tannin, Mineral, Medium Finish (>5 seconds)

Conclusion: Very Good and Drink now with potential to age

Conclusion: Acceptable

Conclusion: Acceptable

White Wine - Lucien Le Moine

Lucien Le Moine 依個 Producer係比較鍾意自然方法去釀酒

今次係 Lucien Le Moine Bourgogne Blanc 2012 ($300)
用葡萄發酵時產生既CO2去保護，所以用少量既 SO2
100% Chardonnay 13.5% abv

Breathe 3hrs

On Lees contact, with Malolatic Fermentation (MLF), No Filtration

Appearance: Intense Golden Yellow
Nose: Citrus lemon, Apple, Hint of floral, butter, vanilla, smoke
Palate: Very Mineral, Smooth and Roundness, Great Finish (>10 seconds), Full Body
Conclusion: Very Good , 滲透力強

South Africa - Stellenbosch and South West France Gasgogne

今日係考 Level 2
考之前去左朋友酒鋪打算拎酒，但冇貨，要遲d

Nevermind，見有酒飲就試下喇

今次係南非 Stellenbosch Morgenster 2009 Lourens River Valley

Stellenbosch，一個出產 Cabernet Sauvignon 既地方

佢依支係 Merlot , Cabernet Sauvignon , Cabernet Franc blend
入口係較 fruity d (Merlot 比例會較多) , 朋友話佢同法國差不多 level (但法國 bordeaux blend 多數係較 Dry)

加上, 依支 smoky, 入口 easy, fruity, soft tannin, $2xx 好貼地



另一支係 South West France Cotes de Gascogne

Intense Golden Yellow color, 入口好香,

Conclusion: Good


Louis Roederer Champagne Brut Premier NV
Appearance: Pale straw lemon
Nose: Yeasty, Bready, Toasty, Citrus
Palate: Mineral, High Acidity
Conclusion: Good


Amarone della Valpolicella 2012 15% abv and bottle breathe 5hrs
Appearnce: Deep Ruby
Nose: Cinnamon, Red fruit, Dark fruit
Palate: Smooth and roundness tannin, Mineral, Acidity Medium
Conclusion: Very good

France - Southern Rhone CDP

今次飲南隆河 Southern Rhone 既 Chateauneuf-du-Pape (CDP) Domaine Du Pegau Cuvee Laurence 2011

Cuvee Laurence 係 Cuvee da Capo 既平民版 , 一支Capo 係賣3千幾4千幾, 如果係 2000 Capo, 係賣到6千幾

講返支 Cuvee Laurence:

Nearly 5hrs bottle breathe

80% Grenache, 6% Syrah, 4% Mourvedre, 10% others (include all 13 grapes)

100% hand harvest, 3yrs oak aging

Appearance: Deep Garnet
Nose: red fruit, dark fruit, dark plum, dried prune, hint of chocolate
Palate: smooth and roundness tannin, mineral, rich ripeness, great finish (>5 seconds)
Conclusion: very good
