寧靜舒適的地下Cafe

個人黎講，食意大利菜又唔想太 Fine Dining既同時環境又舒適又唔會嘈既，位於佐敦近尖沙咀既 Cafe Hillywood 可能係一個唔錯既選擇。

鋪外唔會有明顯的招牌，係街上好易 Miss 左，但先顯得佢既沉實同寧靜。

鋪內 Decoration 真係好舒服，有好多擺設。佢地個 Menu 都好簡潔。
今次叫以下幾款 :

Starter :  一口牛，都幾腍，份量都算多，加埋青瓜可以清下油膩感。Starter : 魚子醬燒帶子刺身，青豆蓉做底，食落去仲feel 青豆顆粒。帶子都燒得算香，但表面可以再燒脆d就好d。Main : 慢煮豬仔骨配薯條，好腍，又入味，好好食。薯條剛剛炸起，成條有肉既薯條 (而不是得個殼個d薯條)，依個Main 要推介比大家 !!!

Main : 鴨胸，普通一碟鴨胸，都算腍。Main : 龍蝦汁 Risotto，但沒有海鮮........一般Corkage $50 each, acceptable fee already, 其他地方起碼收$200以上。

This wine - La fleur de Bouard, Lalande de Pomerol 2011, bought in Watsons Wine
Ruby color, Fruity, Spicy, very very soft tannin

Bordeaux Red - Saint Emilion

This wine - Chateau Canon 1995, 1er Grand Cru Classe B, Saint Emilion of France
Bottle Breathe for 4 hours before drink
Soft and Round tannin, long finish, intense ruby color, spice and chocolate note, still fruity. Great Wine.

Alsace Riesling

This wine - Chateau de Riquewihr Grand Cru Riesling Schoenenbourg 2011, Burgundy Alsace of France
Pale Lemon Color, Mineral, Vibrant, Petrol, Citrus, Honey, Dry Wine

Garlicpeno Pasta ($98) - 其實係Spicy pasta，因為辣味過強，食不到蒜香

























Steamed Mussel ($138) - 青口份量好多，都好食。















Australian M9 steak ($398) - 同蒜片一齊食好香又不到蓋過肉味，好食。

























Italy Maniago Pinot Grigio ($58/glass) - pale lemon color, green apple, citrus, acidity medium -, finish not significant not long, but refreshing.
