舊年份 Beaujolais

今次試下Old Vintage Beaujolais

Beaujolats 比人感覺多數係 新酒 (11月個時), 所以好多人覺得 Beaujolais 係唔可以age.

但今次試左 1995 年 Moulin-A-Vent (風車) , 依個老風車仲有力度 !!!

初開Aroma好Close因為雪得耐左

13% abv

Appearance: Medium Ruby with red hue
Nose: Outstanding strawberry, cherry, red fruit, hint of cinnamon
Palate: Medium+ tannin, medium acidity, soft and round texture, finish with strawberry
Conclusion: Very Good and can age more

有質素，價錢唔貴。好有驚喜。
