6 months old french oak maturation , Hand Harvest , 6hrs skin contact

12.5% abv

Appearance: Pink
Nose: Strawberry, cherry, candy, hint of herbaceous
Palate: Low tannin, Light body, Medium+ Acidity, Red fruit, Finish and aftertaste 慢慢悠長
Conclusion: Acceptable
