27months in barrel age and unfilitered before release to market

Appearance: Intense Deep Ruby
Nose: Intense Blackcurrant, Blackberries, hint of Mint, Chocolate
Palate: Soft and roundness sweet Tannin, Medium+ Acidity, hint of Mineral
Conclusion: Very Good and can age more

After 4hrs, still very concentrated black fruit aromas !!!
Very worth to try !!!

Jura (汝拉) - 位於法國東南面，旁邊就係瑞士

一講 Jura , 好多人就會知道出產黃酒 (Vin Jaune)，黃酒我未飲過，有機會試下

同埋，Jura 土壤多數係富有鑛物質，口腔feel到麻麻地既感覺就係 mineral

當地白提 Savagnin - high resistance to fungal disease , thick skinned , early bud and easy ripen

Appearance: Bright Lemon Yellow
Nose: Citrus, Lemon, Lime, Pear, White Flower
Palate: Mineral, High Acidity, Light Body
Conclusion: Good

Wine label 上面見到 ouillé 依個字，意思係:
Some producers today make a Savagnin that is ouillé, meaning that the barrels have been topped up, and made in a non-oxidative, fresh style, also known as floral.

麵豉湯一般。丼，用料都算多，味道ok。

有少少筋, 質感差左

Overall, 質素一般, 性價比唔高

Conclusion: Acceptable

Nose: Red Fruit, Red Plum
Palate: Intense Fruity
Conclusion: Good, better than Wine 1,2,3

Nose: Subtle red cherry
Palate: Medium+ Tannin
Conclusion: Acceptable

Nose: Red Cherry, Raspberry, Soft and Roundness Tannin, Intense Red Plum (After cool down)

Conclusion: Good

個人覺得: Chiroubles, Monspey Brouilly, Julienas,  Moulin A Vent, Fleurie 較好

Blind Test: 支Fleurie 開頭好似 Pinot, 另一支真Pinot 唔似飲開既 Pinot (因為Tannin 過大, harsh, 有點spicy), 但過左一段時間, Fleurie 再聞就唔似 Pinot

依支質素就一般，泡較散較快消失，still yeasty，但唔complex

Appearance: Bright pale lemon yellow
Nose: Medium Lime, Lemon (淡淡檸檬香)
Palate: Citrus, Mineral, Long Finish(>15 seconds), Acidity Medium
Conclusion: Acceptable

Wine Label 寫 Oak Fermented，有 lees contact，但就 feel 唔到creamy texture
