Palate: Medium tannin, silky, dry, medium acidity
Conclusion: Good and can age

Appearance: Pale Ruby with orange hue
Nose: strawberry, cherry
Palate: Medium+ acidity, Medium tannin, dry, still lively, round texture, long finish
Conclusion: Very Good

初開已聞到好強spice，胡椒味, 之後開始有Vanilla
3小時後, hint of strawberry, red fruit, oak spice peppery 既 aftertaste同mineral 強烈左
6小時後, strawberry 仲香左, still tannic, 真係好有力

Appearance: Medium Ruby with purple hue
Nose: Rich oak spice, White Pepper, Vanilla, hint of herbs, 五花茶, hint of strawberry
Palate: Dry, high tannin, medium+ acidity, Mineral, Full body, finish with peppery spice
Conclusion: Complex aroma, Very Good and can age more
