Bottled on 13th Oct 2011 and dégorgement on 19th May 2016
That means nearly 4.5years on lees

Appearance: Clear, Medium Gold, Very fine bubbles

Nose: Clean nose, Medium+ Intensity, White floral Jasmine, Toast, Bready, Yogurt, Hint of honey, mineral stony, integrated aroma

Palate: Dry, High acidity, Medium alcohol, Medium body, Medium+ Intensity, Medium+ length with toasty, mineral finish

Conclusion: Good, drink now
