Conclusion: Good and can age, 我欣賞佢尾後有八仙果由脷慢慢出黎

Appearance: Medium Lemon
Nose: Medium(+) intensity, lemon peel, mineral, corn, hint of cream, butter, honeysuckle, youthful
Palate: Dry, Medium(+) intensity, lemon peel, mineral, medium alcohol, medium body, mineral, medium(+) length
Conclusion: Good and can age, mineral 穿透力強，好有layer，mid palate 個酸度會高左，好似chablis
依支如果做 blind taste, 一定會估 chablis 1er cru, 因為佢有好好既酸度同礦物。但放暖之後，會似 meursault 或者 puligny montrachet, 因為佢有cream, butter

一支價錢二百多d既酒就有咁多變化，真係平靚正 !!!

Conclusion: Good and can age, rich sweet spice and berry, velvet tannin
